We are located in a town called Matale, 25 km (15.5 miles) from the historic city of Kandy on the fringes of the A9 highway.
At an altitude of 369 meters above sea level, the climate here is both temperate and salubrious.
International Spice Walk is easily accessible from Colombo (153 km- 2.5 hours), Kandy (25.5 km- 30 minutes) and Nuwara Eliya (100 km- 1.5 hrs). The nearest railway station is Matale (8.0 km- 7 minutes). The journey by road itself is an experience, passing through bustling towns in the plains, rubber plantations on the foothills and undulating tea gardens on the mountains.
